Capalaba Park Shopping Centre is a regional shopping centre built in 1981 and located within the Redland Shire, approximately 22 km south-east of the Brisbane CBD. The Centre services the expanding suburbs of Redland City which is experiencing annual growth of 2.7%, and is bounded by three multi-lane arterial roads ensuring convenient access from the surrounding catchment area.
Capalaba Park has major retailers Kmart, Target, Coles Supermarket and Woolworths Supermarket and over 110 specialty stores which include a great proportion of national retailers.
