MASKS ON…

From 1am Tuesday 29 June 2021, anyone visiting Capalaba Park will be required to wear a mask.

We also remind everyone to check in using the Check In Qld app when arriving at the shopping centre, maintain a 1.5m distance from others, keep up the handwashing, and stay home if you feel unwell or awaiting results.

The shops are open and ready for your business, but just make sure you have a mask. Together we can fight the spread.

STAY SAFE & CHECK IN
UPDATE: Capalaba Park is using the new Check In App to help keep you COVID safe.

From 1am on Friday 25 June, Capalaba Park is using the new Check In App to help keep you COVID safe.

Capalaba Park has Check In Qld QR codes displayed conveniently throughout the centre and requests that all visitors check in prior to entering the centre. If you forget to check in upon entering, check in codes are also located in the Food Court. If you need assistance, please visit the Centre Management Office Monday to Friday during office hours. We are located next to Chemist Warehouse outside the Main Entrance. Alternatively, our code 099772 can be entered manually as opposed to scanning the QR code. If Centre Management is closed and you are unable to use the Check In Qld App, you can check in via customer service at Woolworths or Coles.

Privacy
Your details will be stored securely by the Queensland Government for contact tracing only (if required). Capalaba Park won’t have access to this information, nor will any third parties. You can download the Check In Qld app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store now – simply search Check In Qld.

Assistance
Please visit www.covid19.qld.gov.au/check-in-qld for step-by-step instructions. Alternatively, we can help you download and set up the app when you next visit during office hours. You can also connect to our free wifi so the download doesn’t use any of your mobile data. Once you’re set up, all you need to do on your next visit is scan the QR code or type in the unique code provided.

The health and well-being of our community continues to be our top priority. We remain committed to protecting our community, the retailers, staff and customers, with signage reminding people of hygiene and social distancing requirements, sanitiser stations for all to use, and a strengthened focus on cleaning particularly frequent touch points and high traffic areas.

SHOP SAFE AT THE PARK

Please remember that we all play a part in keeping our community safe, and we expect customers and staff to adhere to public health rules whilst visiting Capalaba Park. This includes:

📏 Maintaining social distancing and keeping 1.5 metres away from those around you;
👏🏻 Washing hands regularly and making use of our complimentary sanitiser stations
❌ Adhering to floor markings/traffic flow and respecting customer limits allowed in each store;
