WHERE CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD?
The cards are available for purchase* from the Centre Management office between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. They can be purchased in any denomination from $10 up to $1,000. There is a $2.95 administration fee with every card purchased.
*Via EFTPOS only. No cash payments allowed.
WHERE CAN I USE THE CARD?
The card can be used at any Capalaba Park store that has EFTPOS facilities.
HOW DO I USE THE CARD?
Instructions for use: Swipe card at the EFTPOS terminal, select ‘Savings Account’, then enter the 4 digit PIN printed on the reverse of the card.
HOW LONG IS THE CARD VALID FOR?
Gift Cards expire 12 months from the date of issue
STANDARD TERMS OF USE (GIVV GIFT)
Funds may take up to 48 hours to be activated on your Gift Card.
Redeemable anywhere EFTPOS is available.
Treat the card like cash, lost or stolen cards will not be refunded. Cards cannot be used at ATMs to withdraw cash.
