Justice of Peace Service

Our friendly Justice of the Peace (JP) volunteers are available to assist with a range of document witnessing and certification services, including:

  • Certifying copies of original documents
  • Witnessing statutory declarations and affidavits
  • Witnessing Power of Attorney and Guardianship documents (subject to the JP being satisfied with the signatory's capacity)

Please bring your original documents and any required identification when visiting.

We look forward to assisting you at Capalaba Park!

Hours

Thursdays: 10am to 12pm
Saturdays: 10am to 12pm

*Excludes public holidays.

Our Justice of the Peace service is located at The Park ‘Connect’ (Shop 94 next to Chempro Chemist).
