Retail First Announces Changes to Capalaba Park Shopping Centre including a new ALDI store.
We are excited to announce changes underway at the shopping centre, notably the introduction of a new ALDI store, as part of a strategic initiative to consolidate a comprehensive retail offering in one location.
We have commenced, and in some instances, completed changes to accommodate a new ALDI store, including a realigned and refurbished Target, and the repositioning of key specialty stores. The changes in 2024 include the opening of Pandora and Liquorland, among others. It is anticipated that ALDI and the new specialty stores will all be open by mid-2024.
The changes will complement our already strong drawcard of Coles, Woolworths, Kmart, and Target, together with 110 specialty retailers.
Capalaba Park will offer a complete shopping experience under one roof. This is a huge win for customers in the Redlands, and we are looking forward to what the future holds for The Park!
Capalaba Park will remain open during the changes and all efforts will be made to ensure disruption to shoppers and retailers is kept to a minimum.
